Overview

Less than full-time training (LTFT) is available to doctors in Scotland allowing you to work reduced hours while training.

LTFT can have many benefits, as well as some challenges and this event will explore those in detail. You will hear from speakers with a broad range of experience in LTFT including training providers, the British Medical Association (BMA) and LTFT trainees themselves.


Chaired by the College Trainees’ Committee conjunction with the BMA, the event will provide further information about LTFT in Scotland and will allow attendees the opportunity to ask speakers any questions they might have.
