“Greetings from APICON 2025 Kolkata!
Registrations are now open for participation in the APICON 2025, 80th Annual Conference of the Association of Physicians of India, scheduled to be held from 23 to 26 January 2025, at Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan, Kolkata.
The theme for this year's conference is 3 Es: Education, Ethics, Empathy, which underscores the fundamental values that are essential not only for physicians but for humanity as a whole. This event will be a remarkable opportunity for the global medical community to come together, share knowledge, and foster collaborations that can contribute to the advancement of healthcare worldwide.
This conference will attempt to present an academic feast of latest developments in the field of medicine and also provide a platform to our junior members. We have been able to invite the best of International and National speakers in diverse branches of medicine whose lectures will enrich and upgrade our knowledge and practice.
However, academics should not bar you from absorbing the rich ambience, culture and vibrancy of Kolkata. The APICON is not only an academic extravaganza but also a social conglomeration from all over the nation. It enables the delegates to meet old friends and colleagues and also savour the essence of the venue city. In the famous words of our dearest Bard of Bengal, Sree Rabindranath Tagore, ‘The highest education is that which does not merely give us information but makes our life in harmony with all existence’.”
