Overview
Our Dean of Travel Medicine, Dr Sam Allen, is delighted to invite you to the 2023 Faculty of Travel Medicine Annual Symposium which will take place at the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow and online on Thursday 12 October.
Our Annual Symposium is the perfect opportunity for travel medicine professionals to learn, interact and get inspired.
This year’s Livingstone Lecture will be delivered by Professors Sir David and Lady Mary Warrell, world leaders in the management of the neglected tropical diseases, snakebite and rabies respectively. They will be joined by a host of stellar speakers fresh from the field. Please join us for a day of education, edification, and enlightenment in the spirit of wandering free.
The Annual General Meeting will take place immediately following the conference and conference attendees and their guests are warmly invited to attend the Conference Dinner which will take place in the evening at the College.
