This one day course provides exposure to the theoretical principles and practical techniques of GI anastomosis. It gives an opportunity to perform a variety of surgical procedures on tissue models under the expert guidance of consultant surgeons.

This one day course provides exposure to the theoretical principles and practical techniques of GI anastomosis. It gives an opportunity to perform a variety of surgical procedures on tissue models under the expert guidance of consultant surgeons.
The course forms an integral part of current postgraduate surgical training and the delivery maximises learning opportunities with a high trainer to trainee ratio. The course is well paced and offers sufficient time to understand procedures and undertake focused practice. Personal feedback on performance is offered with advice for further practice.
