Overview

Join us for the inaugural Restorative Dentistry Conference! This one-day online event will feature keynote lectures, interactive presentations and panel discussions, as well as an oral presentation session.

 

The focus of the day will be on tooth surface loss and will cover risk factors, diagnosis, treatment planning and prevention.  Topics will include: tooth wear and dentine hypersensitivity, adhesive restorations, surgical crown lengthening, digital workflow, implant considerations and dealing with failures.  We will also spend time looking at clinical conundrums and invite lively discussion from our panels and audience alike.

  •         Professor Riaz Yar
  •         Dr Saoirse O’Toole

Delegates can attend  online and the programme will be of interest to those in both primary and secondary care settings.  It will be of particular interest to those specializing in restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics or prosthodontics as well as GDPs. Consultants, trainees of all grades and undergraduate attendees will all be welcome.

 

Poster Competition

 

We are now inviting abstracts for our Restorative Dentistry Conference poster competition.  The top 4 submissions will be selected for a short oral presentation during the Conference and all other accepted abstracts will be displayed on a digital showcase throughout the event.

Entries for poster competition should relate to case report, audit, quality improvement project or a clinical trial/study. 

Abstracts should be submitted according to the attached instructions (please refer to the downloads section below for more information).

 

There will be both an undergraduate and postgraduate category.

 

The closing date for submissions is Thursday 6 January 2022.
