Join us to hear from Sir David MacMillan, Nobel prize winner, one of the world's most inspiring and influential speakers.
Overview
Inspired by the great innovators of our past, we are bringing world-class speakers to the College to inspire the leaders of today and tomorrow.
Our first lecture will be delivered by the Nobel Prize-winning Scots scientist Sir David MacMillan, whose work has enhanced the power of organic chemistry to benefit human health. He is a faculty leader who has worked with colleagues to build his department of chemistry into one of the world’s best.
Join the brilliantly entertaining Princeton University professor as he discusses ‘Pathways in discovery and in life: from Bellshill to the US to the Nobel Prize’. The lecture is open to all.
The 425th Anniversary Leadership Lectures will take place in our College in the heart of Glasgow.
The lecture series aims to:
